The pre-course learning is housed on your course page – please see the ‘How do I enrol onto my course page?’ FAQ section if you are accessing your course page for the first time. If you have already enrolled onto your course page, please follow these steps:
- Log into www.alsg.org
- Hover over ‘Candidates start here’
- Click ‘All courses'
- Click on your course page link
Please open your course page and visit the ‘Candidates – Before your course’ / ‘Pre-course E-learning’ section. Each e-module will open in a separate window when you click on the topic title, so please ensure the pop-up blockers are switched off in your browser settings.
Once you have completed a topic, the ‘Complete the activity’ box will turn green. If you have not successfully completed the topic, this box will remain grey.
Depending on the type of course you are attending, there may be e-modules and/or an MCQ. You must complete everything that appears in the pre-course section of your course page prior to attending the face to face course. If you do not complete your pre-course work you would only be allowed to attend the course as an observer – this is outlined in the candidate pre-course letter.
Please attempt the pre-course learning as soon as possible so you can gain assistance for any issues you may come across. Once you have completed your pre-course learning, please download your pre-course completion certificate from the course page and send this to your course organiser.
If you are still struggling to access your e-modules after trying the above, please contact our team on enquiries@alsg.org.
