How do I log into my account?

Logging into your account

If you have not previously attended an ALSG course, you will need to create a new account. To do this, please visit www.alsg.org, click ‘Log in’ in the top right corner, then click ‘Create new account’.

You should receive a confirmation email to your email address – please wait 10 minutes and check your Junk/Spam folders if you do not see the email in your inbox.

If you have previously attended an ALSG course, please log in with the details you created your account under. If you cannot remember your log in details, please click the ‘Forgotten your username or password?’ link to receive a password reset email. Please do not create another account with a separate email address if you already have an account, as this can get confusing down the line when different accounts are enrolled onto different courses.

If you have forgotten the log in details for your account, please request a password reset via the 'Forgotten your username or password?' button below the log in box. You will need to enter the email address registered to your account. If you cannot see the password reset email after waiting 10 minutes and checking your Junk/Spam folders, please email us on [e-mail].
