All faculty should be enrolled onto the course page, ideally before the course commences but definitely by the time the course returns are complete.
To enrol faculty onto your course page, please follow the steps below:
- Visit the relevant course page
- Click ‘Course preparation’
- Scroll to the pre-course enrolment section and click ‘Enrol people onto this course page and add candidates to groups’
- Click 'Enrol users'
- Change the 'Assign role' drop-down menu to 'Instructor'
- Search the instructor via their name or email address. Please note that the email address you have been given for the instructor may differ from the one registered to their account, so it might help you to search by surname if you can't find them with the email you have been given. Select the correct user from the options provided and their account should appear at the top.
- Continue searching/selecting all of your Full Instructors until they are all listed at the top, then click 'Enrol users'. Repeat this for ICs and your Course Director.
If you cannot find any instructors after searching their email address and surname/full name, please contact us on enquiries@alsg.org. It may also help to contact the instructor in question and ask what email address they have registered to their account.
