Cancelling/rescheduling a course

You can now reschedule a course free of charge, without the need to officially cancel the course and then complete the Course Approval Form for the new course date. 

To reschedule a course to a future date, please follow these steps: 

- Log into your centre account on www.alsg.org

- Hover over 'Centres start here'

- Click 'Centre hub'

- Click the 'Update a course' box

- Click the 'Click here' button in the 'Reschedule course' column, next to the course date you want to reschedule

- Complete the online form. You should receive a copy of this once you have completed it. Your course page will then update with the new date within 24 hours.

If you are rescheduling a previous course date and can no longer see this on your course list, please contact us on [e-mail]. Similarly, if you need to cancel a course but do not yet have a new course date decided, please contact us on this email address so we can advise accordingly.
