The name on my certificate is spelt incorrectly

The name on your certificate is copied from the name on your account, so if your certificate is wrong then please change your name on your account. You can do this via the steps below:

• When logged into your ALSG account, click into the menu via the three lines at the top of the page.

• Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click on any of the ‘Edit my profile’ links.

• Change your name accordingly and save

Once you have changed the name on your profile, you can revisit the course page and download your certificate again. It should show as the new name.
